Armonia Essential Housing Program
Well-designed, well-built homes should be within reach for families and individuals. The Essential Housing Program provides access to a wider range of working households, without compromise.
-
The Armonía Essential Housing Program is designed for households earning below 80% of the area median income (AMI). It's built with essential workers in mind — the teachers, healthcare workers, first responders, hospitality and retail employees, childcare providers, and countless others whose daily contributions keep Dallas thriving. By offering select homes at more accessible price points, Armonía creates the kind of diverse, connected community where neighbors genuinely know one another — and where people can live close to the places and people they serve.
-
Absolutely. Every resident at Armonía — whether or not they participate in the Essential Housing Program — lives in the same high-quality, thoughtfully finished home, with access to the same amenities and the same standard of living. There are no distinctions in quality, finish level, or experience.
-
Yes, completely. Your participation in the Essential Housing Program is strictly between you and our leasing team. Only you decide who knows.
-
Eligibility is based on total household income from all sources — including secondary earnings such as bonuses, additional employment, freelance income, and investments. Income limits vary by household size and are based on the Dallas-area AMI guidelines. All households must also meet a minimum income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Here are the income limits based on household size (80% AMI):1 person: $65,700
2 persons: $75,100
3 persons: $84,500
4 persons: $93,850
5 persons: $101,400
